We’re a group of friends who, one way or another, discovered just how beneficial practicing meditation is. 

So we created Meditation Focused, a place for like-minded people to share their knowledge and experiences with meditation. Our goal is to spread awareness and help others experience the life-changing benefits meditation can have.   

We’ve learned meditation from different people and places, all over the world. Collectively, we’ve lived in the U.S., Australia, the U.K., Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Hong Kong, Thailand, Cambodia, Argentina, South Africa, and Indonesia. 

Based in Bali, we met and started a weekly meditation group in 2020, where we would all try different techniques from different teachers we’ve picked up during our travels. 

We quickly noticed how exciting it is to learn new meditation techniques and hear different stories, so we decided to expand our community through Meditation Focused. 

Now, people from all over the world share how meditation has:
